RQI (Resuscitation Quality Improvement) Program
The American Heart Association has developed a program to offer a convenient way to attain certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Students take an online course, then practice their skills one on one with a VAM (Voice Assisted Manikin). During the skills testing, an instructor will not be present since the manikin & computer will guide you through your skills. However, you can call us during your skills testing for help.

Registration
1. Ensure you choose BLS CPR Provider

2. Choose a City and Date/Time. Note you can filter by location above. We list classes 2.5 months out. 
2. We will send you the online course by the end of the day until 4pm. If you register after 4pm, it will be sent the next day. 
3. Complete the online course (1-2 hours). Start and stop as needed.
4. Skills test one on one with the VAM.

Where is my American Heart Association BLS Online Course?
A link to start your online BLS course is emailed out to you by the end of each day (even Saturday and Sundays). If you register for a course after 4 pm, you will receive it the next day by noon.  If you have not received your online course in more than a day, Check your junk/spam mail folder and then contact us.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
There are no refunds after your purchase. However, you can reschedule your BLS CPR class by paying the $30 rescheduling fee for each reschedule. Or, you can pay the $10 Reschedule Insurance so that you can reschedule as many times as needed.
